Born in a small town in the State of Georgia, the Professor was always an active reader, a nerd if you will. After completing every encyclopedia in his childhood home, the Professor would race to the local library to read any books he could get his hands on. Days would rotate between video games such as Need for Speed Underground 2, The Pendragon series, homework, and contemplating the world around him. Animes such as Code Geass and Samurai Champloo only fed his curiosity more. All this led him to complete a Bachelor’s in Philosophy and Religious Studies. He then continued his education and completed a Master’s in History, with a focus on African American history. His love for Black History, anime, and video games led him to birth The Nerdy Professor Podcast!
